If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is as follows:

For unopened spices, you may return them within 30 days of the original date of shipment for a full refund or exchange. Should you have purchased a spice and opened it, we provide a 7-day return window, provided that less than 3/4 of the product has been used.

Please note, return shipping for opened products will be at the buyer's expense.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS

We accept returns only on items purchased directly through Killer Spice via our website. All returned items should be in their original packaging and accompanied by the receipt of purchase.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a full refund will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10 business days. Please note, both original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after the designated return window - 30 days for unopened items and 7 days for opened ones.

If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours, the purchase will be subject to our return policy.
