1 tbsp Fish Coffee Rub with Rosemary and Orange Infusion

1 tsp Lookout Cajun Spice Blend

1 tsp Minotaur Salt-Free Mediterranean Herb Blend
Directions
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the trimmed asparagus, olive oil, and minced garlic. Toss to coat the asparagus evenly.
Sprinkle the Fish Coffee Rub, Lookout Cajun Spice Blend, and Minotaur Salt-Free Mediterranean Herb Blend over the asparagus. Toss again to ensure an even distribution of the spices.
Place the seasoned asparagus on the grill or grill pan in a single layer. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the asparagus is charred and tender but still crisp. You'll know it's done when the asparagus is bright green and has visible grill marks.
Remove the asparagus from the grill and transfer it to a serving platter.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in the lemon juice and mix well. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the grilled asparagus just before serving.
